The staff on reception were very friendly, both on arrival and departure. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, which was spacious and had a lovely view over the harbour and river. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa. The location of this hotel was superb, as it was close to The Chelsea Ram, a fantastic pub, as well as Lots Road Gastropub, 606 Club for jazz, and one of the best Indians in this city that only those in the know. The breakfast was delicious, and the waiting staff were very pleasant and helpful.
